The SAU 104 staff provide district-level oversight, management, and leadership to Rollinsford School District's operations. The SAU office's main functions include:
Working in partnership with the Rollinsford School Board to provide the school board with information to support their decision-making on district policy, budget creation and oversight, and the education of Rollinsford students PreK-12.
Instituting best practices for sound financial management of all aspects the school district's operational budget and federal grant activities.
Coordinating human resources services for our employees.
Providing educational leadership and support to the Rollinsford Grade School administration and staff to help provide the best educational experience for all students.
Collaborating with MSAD 35 to provide continuity of services to ensure that student needs are met as they transition to Marshwood Middle School.
